Nature of services
Our activities include:
- consulting support;
- Preparing a package of documents for submission to the relevant state and/or qualification authorities;
- submitting documents as a client’s representative on the basis of a notarized power of attorney;
- obtaining ready-made documents issued exclusively by the competent state authorities.
Additional clarification
This procedure is legal and applies in cases where the client is unable to personally attend the relevant authorities (in particular, the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine).
Postal submission of documents in such cases is not provided for, but submission through an authorized representative by power of attorney is allowed.
Legal status
We work as an official intermediary company, are not a government agency, do not make administrative decisions and do not influence the results of document review.
All taxes and mandatory payments are paid in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
